Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Raisin Bread Toast

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 Thick Slice of Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Sandwich Bread (or your fave sourdough bread)
  • 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese ( I love Nancy’s or Good Culture)
  • 1/2 Sliced Banana
  • 12 TBSP Peanut Butter Drizzle
  • 2 TSP Raw Honey Drizzle
  • Flakey Sea Salt Sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast one slice of cinnamon raisin sourdough bread
  2. Layer on cottage cheese.
  3. Add sliced bananas.
  4. Drizzle peanut butter and raw honey
  5. Sprinkle flakey sea salt and enjoy!
