Chop 1oz chocolate bar of choice into small squares.
Whisk together eggs and water in a large bowl. Add mix and stir until just combined. PRO TIP: Batter should mimic the texture of a smoothie (thick but still pourable!)
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour batter onto skillet using 3/4-1 tbsp of batter for each pancake.
Add one square of chocolate to each pancake. Then cover with 1TSP of batter on top.
Cook until the edges are slightly dry. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
